Yesterday we were at Doug Woodard’s (previous owner of Fairfield Chevy) for the Gen.Life leaders appreciation night, man his house was sick. It was like an oasis in the middle of the desert. It was sick to see such a seasoned man of God like Doug who was/is in the business world. It’s like Christians are undercover agents in the world, advancing the cause of their organization.

Doug shared something that hit me. Since he is a bit older than I, he has had the oppurtunity to see his Timothy’s grow and launch out into their respective ministries. We really don’t know the impact that the peeps we pour our lives into will have on the world. Although I do enjoy youth and don’t really want to get old, I can’t help but look forward to being a older, having a few church plants under my belt and creating a place that launches leaders and seeing them influence the world. That would be sick.
